Professional Experience
Enterprise Software and Product Delivery
Selected roles spanning 2011 onward in cybersecurity SaaS, online commerce, financial technology and enterprise applications.
- Designed and deployed an Azure serverless cybersecurity platform for the City of Aurora and other clients, bringing real-time threat data into analyst dashboards.
- Led and mentored engineers in Metro Manila and converted the product into a software-as-a-service offering.
- Integrated ChatGPT so analysts could query threat data in natural language, and provided on-call application support.
- Modernized internal applications supporting product sales through Amazon, eBay and Walmart.
- Built tools for online retail operations using ASP.NET Core, Blazor, Angular and SQL Server.
- Served as front-end UI architect and technical lead for the financial technology company’s core product modernization.
- Partnered with the CTO and VP of User Interface to move the product to a component-based Angular interface.
- Led iOS, ASP.NET MVC and SharePoint projects for an investment management business with more than $260 billion in assets under management at the time.
- Built an enterprise iOS business-continuity app with secure authentication, encryption, caching and REST APIs. Owned its design, implementation, testing and documentation.
- Integrated MobileIron for per-app VPN, policy delivery, data protection and remote management.
Joined through Randstad Technologies as Senior iOS Developer, October 2014–February 2015; direct role, February 2015–May 2016.
Architected and developed XCAMS to track personnel in the Middle East using SharePoint and WCF services. Concurrent part-time engagement.
- Migrated SharePoint applications and data and developed custom portals for major enterprise clients, including Foot Locker, HCA, HSBC and American Express.
- Delivered visual web parts, page layouts and WCF services, alongside native iOS and responsive web applications.
Performed a SharePoint migration for Save the Children through BlueModus, assisted Bacardi USA with OLAP optimization and SharePoint issues, and helped create a web application for AON.

At Microsoft, supported SharePoint and .NET systems for U.S. defense organizations. At ITT, architected Army logistics software used across the Middle East. In the U.S. Marine Corps, built mission-essential applications and served as chief firewall administrator in Al Asad, Iraq, earning two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals.
Commerce and Business Systems
At WageWorks, architected employer-facing e-commerce and SaaS applications, established coding standards and mentored developers. At Demand Foresight, led development of retail forecasting software. At 3t Systems, built a manufacturing management information system and mentored engineers.
Financial Platforms and Workflows
Built enterprise applications at RCM Capital Management, database-backed approval workflows at Sumitomo Bank of California, and brokerage reporting and internal audit tools at Charles Schwab, supporting risk management and business-process analysis.
